How to manage colleagues on annual leave


We recommend creating an out of office from your email client as you normally would and direct clients to another colleague on your team. 


Reassign the work currently assigned to your staff member that is on leave to another colleague.

All client task reminders on the work will be sent from the new assignee, therefore they will receive any notifications from your clients.

Any work on a recurring schedule will still be owned by the colleague on leave for when they return.
