Release notes — November 5, 2017

Sent section

We are introducing a new folder in our quest to help you never again log into your email: Sent.

Works exactly as your sent email folder, except that since you can now access them in Karbon, you'll be able to see the context of every email, as well as action them. If an email has been assigned to someone, or attached to a contact or work timeline, you'll be able to see it at a glance.

Once live in your account, you should be able to see all sent emails since you started using Karbon.

Assign & clear

For those fast triagers, and those big on delegating and actioning emails: how much time (and how many clicks) do you think you'll save with the new "assign and clear" all in one go action?

Export work & contacts

Whether you are an Excel fan and want to handle your work and contacts in a grid, or you'd like us to bulk update your practice data, you can now export Contacts and Work as an .xlsx file.

For work, you can choose to exclude repeating schedules. For contacts, all the information is included, in case you'd like to send emails to specific segments or contact types.

Other improvements

When replying to a long email, the formatting bar will stay at the bottom of the screen for easy access.
