Compose an email

We are adding this article under Triage because we know that that's where you'd expect to compose an email. Think again.

There are 3 ways to compose an email.

  1. From the global add menu: click on the "+" on the top right and then add a new email. 
  2. From a contact's profile: in the contact's timeline, click on the EMAIL button
  3. From a work's timeline: again, click on EMAIL and compose away!
